Wagner Realty's Carol Codella Takes 1st Place in Senior Golf Division at Gulf Coast Games for Life

Carol Codella, REALTOR® with Wagner Realty's Anna Maria Island Office took 1st place in the Senior Golf Division at the Gulf Coast Games for Life on January 14th, 2024.
Despite the poor weather conditions, consisting of cold, heavy rain and poor visibility, Carol was able to win her age division in the Senior Games qualifying her to play in December for the State Title. She has won the local qualifier for the last six years and won the Florida State Senior Golf Title three times in a row.
Carol also has more than forty years of real estate experience. Over the years, Carol has earned numerous professional real estate awards for performance, integrity, and sales volume. She also won the coveted 5-Star Professional Award given to only ten percent of all agents in both Manatee and Sarasota counties. This award is based on customer satisfaction with trust, integrity, knowledge of the business and service. She has earned a 5-Star rating with Zillow and Trulia through customer satisfaction.
