Wagner Realty's Carol Codella Takes 1st Place in Senior Golf Division at Gulf Coast Games for Life
Carol Codella, REALTOR® with Wagner Realty's Anna Maria Island Office took 1st place in the Senior Golf Division at the Gulf Coast Games for Life on January 14th, 2024.
Despite the poor weather conditions, consisting of cold, heavy rain and poor visibility, Carol was able to win her age division in the Senior Games qualifying her to play in December for the State Title. She has won the local qualifier for the last six years and won the Florida State Senior Golf Title three times in a row.
Carol also has more than forty years of real estate experience. Over the years, Carol has earned numerous professional real estate awards for performance, integrity, and sales volume. Sonia has been a consummate real estate investor for more than fourteen years. She moved to the Florida area in 2006, with a Master's degree in Business from Harvard/INCAE and a Ph.D from the University of Pittsburg, PA. She retired from her academic teaching career to pursue a new full-time business in residential real estate properties and investments. She obtained her Florida real estate license in 2020 and quickly became an experienced professional in local real estate market analysis.
