Our real estate agents look forward to all that and more at these family-friendly Easter and spring events around Sarasota homes for sale and Bradenton homes for sale

  • Easter Egg Hunt for Children with Autism - Ashton Elementary School, 5110 Ashton Rd., Sarasota, FL 34233
No kid should be left out of the fun of traditional Easter activities. Face Autism, Inc. is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt for Children with Autism that's designed to be sensory-friendly. There will also be a safe and inclusive playground as well as arts and crafts, face painting, and a raffle. The event takes place on Saturday, 4/12, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., with the Easter egg hunt starting at 11:45 a.m. Admission is free.

  • Spring Market with the Easter Bunny - Meadows Farmers Market, 5041 Ringwood Meadow, Bldg. G-2, Sarasota, FL 34235
Vendors will need to keep a watchful eye on their carrots during Spring Market with the Easter Bunny. In addition to posing for photos, the Easter Bunny will be hosting a session of Cookies & Coloring. Three egg hunts will be conducted for specific age groups, with a special prize going to the child who finds the golden egg. Afterward, spend time in the Bounce House and Play Zone. Parents can relax and recharge with the Yoga on the Lawn class. Mark your calendar for Sunday, 4/13 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Admission to the Market is free, with tickets required for the special activities.

  • Easter Duck Hunt - Oasis Church, 5215 Lorraine Rd., Bradenton, FL 34211
No one will be crying "fowl" after a delightful morning at the Easter Duck Hunt. More than 25,000 cute rubber ducks will be hidden around the grounds, just waiting to be discovered. Step up to the Duck-O-Matic and exchange your ducks for a great goodie bag, or find a marked duck and collect a cash prize. Teens and adults have a duck hunt all their own, featuring $500+ in cash and prizes. Other attractions include a petting zoo, maze, inflatable obstacle course, and a sensory-friendly/wheelchair-accessible duck hunt. Enjoy free hot dogs and popcorn, with Kona ice available for purchase. Hours are 10 a.m. - noon on Saturday, 4/19. Admission is free, but advance registration is highly recommended.

  • Easter Brunch at Selby Gardens - Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, 1534 Mound St., Sarasota, FL 34236
