Wagner Realty is pleased to welcome Scarlett Rincon as the newest member of its real estate team. With a strong background in the banking industry, mortgage brokerage, and property investing/remodeling, Scarlett brings 16 years of combined experience to her role, offering valuable insight and expertise to home buyers and sellers.
Originally from Nicaragua, Scarlett moved to Maryland at the age of nine, where she developed a deep appreciation for financial services and real estate. Her passion for helping individuals navigate the homeownership process led her to real estate, where she applies her extensive knowledge of lending and investments to guide clients through successful transactions.
Scarlett and her husband are proud parents of two sons, Andres and Alessandro, both of whom are currently in college and actively involved in competitive soccer. The family enjoys outdoor activities, with Scarlett and her husband particularly enthusiastic about pickleball.
Fluent in Spanish, Scarlett is excited to serve a diverse clientele in the Bradenton area. She will be based out of Wagner Realty's Manatee Avenue West office, where she looks forward to helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals.
