Josh Givens, REALTOR Joins Wagner Realty's Lakewood Ranch Office

Bradenton, FL — Wagner Realty is pleased to announce that Josh Givens, a seasoned professional with a background in sales, has joined their team as a REALTOR.
After careful consideration and meetings with six area brokers, Josh chose to join Wagner Realty, citing the company's strong history of agent retention, and commitment to fostering a balance between work and family life, as key factors in his decision.
Originally from Mobile, Alabama, Josh moved to East Bradenton in 2009. With more than 20 years experience in sales and custom service, and a Bachelor's in Political Science and History, he brings a focused perspective to real estate. His diverse background across many industries help him effectively understand, and execute on clients' needs.
When he's not helping families find their next home, Josh is a devoted family man. He and his wife are parents to three children, ages 11, 8, and 6. Deeply involved in their church, the Givens family enjoys spending time in the local community, exploring parks, museums, and more. You may also find him riding his motorcycle in East Manatee, enjoying the subtle beauty we locals have grown to love.
