Station 400 is named for the historic railroad depot that houses it. Once located in Kentland, Indiana, the charming building was carefully disassembled piece by piece and reconstructed in Sarasota. The namesake Station Burger, perfect for brunch or lunch, is topped with smoked cheddar, bacon, onion marmalade, Bibb lettuce, tomato, and a fried egg and served on a toasted English muffin.
