August Events
Kids look forward to summer every year so they can get relaxing time away from school. Here in the Bradenton and Sarasota area, there's plenty for them to do! Our real estate agents know family fun is on the agenda in August, and we want to make it easier for you to find the best for your family.

Bradenton homes for sale are lauded for proximity to some of the best beaches in Florida, but that's just the beginning when it comes to what your family can enjoy. There are theme parks, museums, and everything else you can think of here in your local area, with top-ranked attractions just minutes away.

And if you're in the sister city of Sarasota, you're in luck. Sarasota homes for sale are often spoken of as a pair with those in Bradenton. With Sarasota homes, you have easy access to terrific amenities in two of Florida's greatest cities. Your experience in Sarasota will truly be world-class!

Let's take a look at August family fun:

Ticketing is just $3 plus tax for every member of the family. This year will be special because the whole Despicable Me franchise is returning to the event in preparation for the release of Despicable Me 4.
