Summer Events

Our real estate agents know there are plenty of terrific reasons to choose the cities of Bradenton and Sarasota for your next home. The beautiful weather and fantastic beaches are known worldwide, but they are really only the beginning of what you can expect to enjoy.

No matter if you choose Sarasota homes for sale or Bradenton homes for sale, you will be right in the middle of Florida's most vibrant communities.

Let's take a look at some of the best summer events around Sarasota and Bradenton:

  • Squeaky Wheel Fringe Festival – 5555 North Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34243
Squeaky Wheel Fringe Festival is running from June 4 through June 9 at the historic Cook Theatre right on the grounds of FSU campus, located in the FSU Center for Performing Arts. During Squeaky Wheel Fringe, you can enjoy six days packed with more than 20 performances including local, national, and international artists.

  • Ebb and Flow on Palm – 1255 North Palm Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34243
Ebb and Flow on Palm is taking place right next to Sarasota's beloved Art Ovation Hotel on Friday, June 7 at 7 p.m. until 10. This will be a "yacht rock" experience that has to be seen to be believed. You'll "set sail on land" with the help of a variety of Sarasota and Bradenton musical acts.

  • Adam Ezra Group – 525 Kumquat Court, Sarasota, FL 34243
Adam Ezra Group is an amazing local success story. Adam and his three bandmates worked tirelessly to build up a fan base through purely grassroots efforts, performing at hundreds of events over the last two decades – and all without music label support. On June 7, they will fuse folk, rock, and soul with their unique musical stylings.

  • Sarasota Paradise at Tampa Bay United – 1001 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34243
Sarasota Paradise at Tampa Bay United is the pre-professional soccer game that everyone is waiting for. With the Sarasota Paradise meeting their long-time Tampa Bay rivals for Sarasota's second home game of the season, you'll want to be there at Cleland Stadium, Sarasota High School, on June 12 at 7:30 in the evening.

  • "Seeing Is Believing" Exhibition Reception – 390 Nokomis Avenue South, Venice, FL 34285
"Seeing Is Believing" Exhibition Reception invites you to the Venice Art Center. Stroll through the Pat Buster Main Gallery to see submitted artistic works from members of the Venice Art Center, as well as some non-members. Refreshments will be served during this free event.

  • Dad's Day Block Party – 140 University Town Center Drive, Sarasota, FL 34243
Dad's Day Block Party is the annual event that will give you the chance to celebrate Dad in style. Just drop in to The Mall at University Town Center any time on Saturday, June 15 for free Father's Day activities and great food!

  • AMI Privateers 4th of July Parade – See Website for Location Information in Anna Maria, FL 34216
Recognized as Anna Maria's premier celebration, the AMI Privateers 4th of July Parade is a family-friendly can't miss. Launch your day at 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. enjoying the NO-COST parade, beginning at Coquina Beach and ending at City Pier in Anna Maria. Wagner Realty is found at 2217 Gulf Drive North, and sits right on the parade route.
