REALTORS Tony Thomas and Jordan Scinta have joined Wagner Realty and will be working as a team at the Cortez Road West Office in Bradenton.  They will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.

Both Tony and Jordan are from the Buffalo, New York area and have been friends since grammar school.  They both attended the University at Buffalo, with Tony graduating with a degree in Environmental Design and Jordan receiving his degree in Marketing.

In 2017, they started a successful video and photography company, which specializes in all aspects of the real estate industry.  As their interest in real estate grew with every client contract, they realized that there was a huge opportunity in the Florida real estate market.  They often visited with family in Florida and noticed many new community developments under construction all year round.  Both Tony and Jordan relocated to Florida in 2023 and obtained their Florida real estate license.  Tony said, "It was an easy decision for us. We both love the Florida lifestyle and we immediately saw huge potential to grow our real estate business."
