REALTOR® Steven Nicholson has joined Wagner Realty's Lakewood Ranch Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.
Steven was born and raised in Rhode Island. After moving to Florida, he lived in Orlando and Fort Lauderdale before settling on the beautiful gulf coast of Florida.
From an early age, his passion was meeting and daily networking with people that catapulted his career into the fast-paced restaurant industry. His sales experience in the restaurant industry quickly moved him through the sales ranks to become a regional sales manager for a nationwide home security company. His superior sales skills and expertise continued to evolve leading him to become a motivational speaker for sales teams looking for a roadmap to increase profitability.
His twenty-five years in various sales positions has made him a highly driven real estate sales professional.
Steven has been married to his wife Cristina for 13 years and has three small boys under the age of six: Ashton, who is six, and Preston and Clayton, who are four-year-old identical twins. In his spare moments, the family enjoys going to the beach, boating, traveling, and simply enjoying the great outdoors.
