Linda Ivell, REALTOR Joins Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office
REALTOR Linda Ivell has joined Wagner Realtyʼs El Conquistador Office as a licensed Broker-Associate REALTOR®. Linda has been in the real estate industry in Florida since 1998. Linda's GRI certification (Graduate of Realtor Institute) is held by less than 2% of licensees and represents her commitment to excellence and expertise in residential real estate. She currently serves on the REALTOR PAC and Candidate selection committee for the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee counties. She has a passion for education for all, previously served as a trustee for Polk State College, and is currently organizing a lending library in various locations for young parents.
Linda is committed to using her vast experience for her customers. Having served as National Sales Manager leasing multiple office locations throughout the country to Fortune 500 companies certainly honed her negotiating skills. Working as Marketing Director in architectural/engineering firms in Atlanta and Washington, DC she developed an eye for highlighting the best properties. Having served as a Press Secretary for the United States Congress, well, that prepared her for anything!

Linda is a proud mother of two sons (18 years apart)! Donovan, the eldest lives in Austin and works on the forefront of the identity software market. Douglas, his younger brother, is currently finishing a second degree in computer security at Marymount University. Her husband, David, has recently formed his own chemical engineering consultant firm. Linda and David live just down the street from David's amazing 95-year-old British parents. Linda and David share their home in Tara Golf and Country Club with two dogs. Billie Bob Banjo is a Greek Harehound rescued during their biennial trip to Lesvos, Greece. Lewis (named for F1 driver Lewis Hamilton) is a huge Golden Doodle that looks like a very large teddy bear.
"We have an awesome life here. I'd like to share it. Long after I find someone a new house, I love helping them find their place in the sand and make this their forever home."
