Bradenton, FL March 27 - REALTOR® David Diffendal has joined Wagner Realty's SR 64 East Office in Bradenton and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.
Licensed in Ohio in late 2007, David had more than eleven years of real estate experience before moving to the Central American country of Belize to build a boutique hotel business with his wife, Laura.
In the fall of 2021, David relocated to the most picturesque area on the Gulf Coast of Florida – Bradenton - where he obtained his Florida real estate license. As a member of the Manatee River Rotary Club, he is deeply involved in local community fundraising and service events. He had previously enjoyed hosting a weekly radio show to highlight the efforts of Rotary members around the world and received the 4 Way Test Award from the Rotary Club of Cleveland.
