Anna Maria Island, FL -  February 22nd - REALTOR Ursula Stemm has joined Wagner Realty's Anna Maria Island Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas along with Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.     

Ursula has spent her entire life here in Florida and is well-established in Bradenton. She obtained her real estate license in October, 1983 and started working in Manatee and Sarasota Counties in 1995.  Although she has seen many changes within the County, the one thing that has remained consistent is her love of real estate, and helping families find the perfect home.

Ursula was looking for a real estate company that she could call home to enjoy a warm and friendly atmosphere with her fellow agents. "Not only does Wagner Realty have a great name in the community, but it is the perfect sized company to enjoy a family environment," said Ursula.  

When she is not involved in her favorite gardening projects, you'll find her browsing throughout antique shops on Anna Maria Island to add to her vintage collection.
