Anna Maria Island, FL January 12th - REALTOR Taylor Bernard has joined Wagner Realty's Anna Maria Island Office.

As a lifelong resident of Anna Maria Island, Taylor and his family have extremely enjoyed every inch of the seven mile island. He has an extensive knowledge of Anna Maria Island, and is anxious to show potential buyers around what he calls "home." As a young boy, he attended Anna Maria Island Elementary School and went on in his adult life to become an experienced land surveyor and a licensed home inspector.  His love of real estate and the area motivated him to obtain his real estate license in 2020.

"I chose Wagner Realty because over the years, I met many happy and satisfied real estate agents that were affiliated with Wagner Realty.  I felt very comfortable and was immediately welcomed by familiar faces at Wagner. I knew I made the right decision," said Taylor.   

When not working with buyers and sellers, he enjoys woodworking, but he admits that the most important center of his attention is his eleven-year-old daughter Abby who swims competitively for Manatee Tsunami.
