Bradenton, FL January 4, 2023 – REALTOR Ann Wolpers has joined Wagner Realty's Cortez Road West Corporate office.
As an experienced residential real estate agent for more than 46 years, Ann proudly holds Emeritus Status with the National Association of REALTORS. She is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and has achieved the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.
Ann was a Massachusetts Broker for 15 years and owner/partner of Hingham Real Estate Company, Inc. She relocated to Bradenton, Florida in 1993, and partnered with her husband, Berndt, helping international buyers and sellers, primarily from Germany, Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland) and Canada. Over the years, Ann and Berndt built many relationships, resulting in long term friendships with their customers. Whether a potential buyer or seller is seeking to purchase or sell a condo, manufactured home, single family, golf course or waterfront property of any kind, Ann provides experienced, professional services.
