BRADENTON, FL, September 20, 2022 – We are pleased to announce that Wagner Realty agent Iva Fadley-Dane, RA, GRI TRC, received the 2023 Five Star Real Estate Agent award, making it ten years in a row.  Acccording to Mr. Brant Spraggins, Account Manager for Five Star, only one percent of real estate agents in this area receive this award.

To receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, a real estate award, a real estate agent must satisfy five objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. The award process is conducted annually.

Iva Fadley-Dave began her real estate career in 1974 and has served as Branch Manager for Wagner Realty's Sarasota Office, located in the heart of Downtown Sarasota for any years, until she refocused on her passion for business as a full time REALTOR. During her career, she has served on numerous real estate industry committees, including Professional Standards. She was also a member of the St Armands's Merchant Circle Association for 2+ years, and served on the Board at the Florida Association of REALTORS.
