REALTOR Melton Little has joined Wagner Realty's Manatee Ave West Office.
Melton is a partner and attorney at Kallins, Little & Brosious, with nearly four decades of legal experience and is a veteran of the courtroom. He was Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial lawyer from 2004 to 2019 and Board Certified in Marital and Family Law from 1993 to 2019.
In 2020, his passion and tenacity for his clients and the community motivated him to pursue his real estate license so that he can continue to help and support families to fulfill their dreams of homeownership.
As a graduate of Bayshore High School and a long-time resident of Manatee County, Melton is committed to giving back to the local community. He has been actively involved in a wide variety of local organizations and has served on many nonprofit boards. During his career, he has also logged over 600 hours of pro bono legal services donated to those in need. In addition, he has actively coached youth basketball, soccer, and football for several local schools. In 2003, he was awarded the Boys and Girls Club National Medallion, the highest honor the club can award to a volunteer. His dedication to the community was also recognized in 2004 when he received the Manatee County Bar Association Community Service Award and again in 2013 when he was given the Manatee County Bar Association William C. Grimes Award for Lifetime Achievement in Community Service.
Melton will be providing residential real estate listing and sales services throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties.
