REALTOR® Pauline Rocco Joins Wagner Realty's First Street Sarasota Office
REALTOR Pauline Rocco has joined Wagner Realtyʼs First Street Sarasota Office. Pauline is a Sarasota native and a graduate of The New York School of Art and Design. Impassioned from a young age by her late mother Pauline Schultz to create beautiful spaces, she began her career as an Interior Designer in 1999 with her firm. Pauline has been a part of the growth of Sarasota, Florida, with many Speculative Homes, Custom Homes, and High-Rise Condominiums. In entering a new chapter of her life Pauline and her husband, Dan Rocco, have created Rocco Design Associates.
With a fiery passion for properties and a clear understanding of a client's vision, Pauline combined her expert skills into a unique real estate experience. She obtained her Florida real estate license in August 2022 and can now bring a client's vision to life. Using her keen eye to identify unique features and potential areas in space design, and can envision additional options in any given property and present them to discerning clients. She has built many lasting professional relationships with a blend of exceptional work ethic, communication, and trust. She enjoys working closely with people and making their real estate dreams come true.
Aside from creating beautiful design spaces and selling homes, Pauline enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her daughters Olivia and Sarah, and playing with their two English Cream Retrievers.
