Press Release: Realtor Andrew Harmon Joins Wagner Realty's SR 64 East, Bradenton Office
BRADENTON, FL, July 29, 2021 – REALTOR Andrew Harmon has joined Wagner Realty's SR 64 East, Bradenton Office as a licensed REALTOR®. Andrew was born on a military base in Germany but spent most of his life in the picturesque North Conway, New Hampshire area. He spent more than twenty years in the real estate industry, as a Sales Director for resort developers. His business territory included the coast of Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Although he loved the New England area for the beautiful coastline in the summer, it was short-lived when the snow arrived and the bitter cold settled in.
He is a father to four adult children and a grandson who still live in Maine and New Hampshire. Andrew admits that although he misses them, he knows that when the snow starts flying, they'll be down for a visit and ready to explore a new world of boating on the gulf coast of Florida.
Andrew will be providing residential real estate listing and sales services throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties, with a specialty in helping clients to relocate to warmer climate. He also has recent experience with selling manufactured homes in Southwest Florida.
