BRADENTON, FL, February 4, 2020 – Karen Waitt is an experienced REALTOR originally from a small town in Southern New Hampshire. She began her career in residential real estate in 1989 and became a top producer in New Hampshire, consistently ranking in the top 20 New England REALTORS for a national real estate company. Karen has a proven track record for success and takes pride in the fact that much of that achievement has come from client referrals.
In 2011 Karen relocated with her family to Bradenton, Florida. She expanded her career to sell new construction and was very successful selling homes in several different communities. Karen believes in proper work life balance. She enjoys traveling, golf, beaches, the arts and many other activities our beautiful state has to offer. She is a member of the Source Ministries and regularly attends church with her husband and mother. Karen is also a committed Team Captain for Relay for Life.
