LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL, June 16, 2020 – Kip Southland has joined Wagner Realty's Lakewood Ranch Office as a licensed REALTOR® and golf course home specialist.
Kip is a native of Muskegon, MI, where he owned a golf course for 21 years. He also built homes and managed properties as a landlord. Kip earned his real estate license while in Michigan and is now dual licensed both there and in Florida. He moved to Bradenton in 2018 with his wife and three daughters.
With a strong golfing background that includes coaching at IMG Academy and being a member of the PGA of America, Kip offers a unique golfer's perspective. "I know the courses here, and the residential neighborhoods that surround them," notes Kip, adding "that means I am able to offer specialized knowledge that is incredibly valuable for those who love golf as much as I do."
