BRADENTON, FL, June 15, 2020 - Realtor Carol Codella of Wagner Realty has earned the nationally recognized Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation from the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the National Association of Realtors®.
Codella joins more than 15,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES® designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course that helps them better understand the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
"I enjoy working with seniors" notes Codella, adding "there's quite an age range involved. I work with young "seniors" who haven't even retired yet, to those who are helping elderly parents as they transition from a single-family home into assisted living." This specialized knowledge is gained through years of experience and requires an expert understanding of the lifestyle and financial needs involved. The SRES® designation confirms that a Realtor® has that understanding. Whether they are buying, selling relocating or refinancing, seniors can be confident that a Realtor® designated SRES® will be able to help them every step of the way.
The SRES® Council, founded in 2007, is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing senior clients in real estate transactions. There are more than 15,000 active members of the organization world-wide. Wagner Realty has more than 30 agents with the SRES designation.
