BRADENTON, FL, July 21, 2020 - Realtors Nancy Allen, Joe McDonald and Myrna Ryan of Wagner Realty's SR 64 Office have earned the nationally recognized Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation from the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the National Association of Realtors®. They join more than 15,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES® designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course that helps them better understand the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.

"The SRES is more than just a designation" notes Allen, SR 64 Branch Manager adding "there's quite a lot involved when it comes to meeting the needs of Seniors. Those who have completed the course have a deeper understanding of everything from assisting those who are down-sizing, to helping adult children  who are helping their elderly parents as they transition from a single-family home into assisted living."  This specialized knowledge is gained through years of experience and requires an expert understanding of the lifestyle and financial needs involved. The SRES® designation confirms that a Realtor® has that understanding. Whether they are buying, selling relocating or refinancing, seniors can be confident that a Realtor® designated SRES® will be able to help them every step of the way.

The SRES® Council, founded in 2007, is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing senior clients in real estate transactions.
