More About Polly Gaar

A Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, CRB, and GRI, Polly is a Vice President with Wagner Realty in Bradenton and Sarasota. Polly graduated from the University of South Florida with honors and is a past president of the Manatee Association of REALTORS® and was a REALTOR® of the Year. Polly is also a past district vice president of the Florida Association of REALTORS®.

Polly is active in many community groups including Service Club of Manatee County, Entre Nous, Junior League of Manatee County, Leadership Manatee, and has served on many community boards, including Just for Girls, Symphony Association, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Boys and Girls Club to name a few.
