With an ever increasing population in Florida, specifically central Florida, the need for Cemetery land is always in high demand. Currently zoned R2C, with a future land use that is also rural residential we know there will need to be some governmental changes and permits required. (b) Development standards. (1) Ingress/egress and parking. a. Ingress/egress. Adequate means of ingress/egress shall be provided for vehicles so as not to unduly impede or cause congestion of traffic on adjacent public streets when funeral processions are entering or leaving the property. b. (Reserved for parking) (2) Setbacks for grave lots. a. From public roads. Setbacks for grave lots from any public road right-of-way shall be the same as those specified for buildings in Table 13-440A. b. From adjacent property. Setbacks for grave lots from property lines of adjoining property shall be twenty-five (25) feet. For questions or more details please call.
