Security deposit equivalent to one months rent is required once application via the association & rent spree has been approved. One half of the first months rent is due 15 days prior to move in. Rent is due on the first of each month & considered late on the 5th of the month at which time a $25 late fee will be assessed each day. Rent is all inclusive of all utilities however the electric has a $50 month cap each month. Any overages you will be provided a copy of the FPL bill & be responsible to cover the difference. Background check is required for each adult over 18 years old with a $100 fee for each from the homeowners association along with one from Rent Spree. Any visiting adults staying 2 weeks or longer are considered tenants & will also require a background check & an extra person fee each night is $25.
