Full size stackable laundry appliances in the laundry room next to the kitchen.The home has 18 tile throughout with no carpeting. The oversized garage has a workshop and outside, a lovely back yard patio surrounded by mature Oak trees.What a treat to take a swim in the 6 ft. deep saltwater lap pool (4 ft. at both ends) and enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a full day of sightseeing and enjoying all that Sarasota has to offer....Beaches, (Siesta Key Beach is just 15 minutes away - 5.7 miles!), Sarasota's finest shops and restaurants, Sarasota Opera, Ballet, and the Sarasota Symphony. All utilities are included during the prime season months of December through April.
