This slip is located in a world class deep harbor marina off Sarasota Bay on Longboat Key. This Slip is available for owner financing with a down payment and buyer approval. Slip does not require a membership to the Longboat Key Club, however still includes the following amenities of a full service fuel dock, marina pump out boat that comes to your boat, shuttle service to St. Armand's Circle, 24 hour bathhouse with showers with towel service, laundry facilities and a marina village ship store with free bicycle rentals and WI-FI. This is a 55ft X 19ft slip that will accommodate a 50ft boat with a beam no wider than 17ft. All vessels must be approved prior to purchase by the marina manager. As a member of the Bay Isles Association, you can have access to the Bay Isles Beach Club which includes a bathhouse, covered picnic tables with charcoal grills, bike racks, outdoor showers and of course beautiful gulf beach access for an additional $500 annual fee. There is a Publix shopping center that is a 1/2 mile away that also has a CVS, dry cleaners, banks and other shopping. You are also 3.5 miles from the Longboat Key Library, Post Office and the Town Hall of Longboat Key.
