Meet Mary Collandra

I am one of the privileged few who had the opportunity to grow up on beautiful Anna Maria Island.  I have been in real estate for more than thirty years getting my start on Longboat Key and Holmes Beach.  I take great pride in Manatee County and wouldn't live anywhere else in the world!  For me, the ultimate goal is to be sitting at the closing table with happy buyers and sellers and I am eager and willing to go the extra mile to assure that my clients' needs have been met. My lifetime residency and many years in the real estate business here in Manatee County have equipped me with the tools and knowledge necessary to fulfill those needs.
