I love being a Realtor.  Whether I'm helping you sell your present home or find the perfect new home, rest assured, your needs come first.  Most of my clients become more than customers... they are my friends.  I've always been in the customer service industry and that's how I run my real estate business. I have extensive experience in the travel industry, having worked with Eastern Airlines and as a Travel Consultant for many years.

I'm energetic, active, and on the HOA Board of my local community.  I'm an active member of the Board of Realtors and the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

I'm an animal lover so in my free time, I volunteer with several rescue organizations.  I recently rescued seven small dogs and one beautiful siamese cat, finding them all loving homes.

As a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I am passionate about assisting senior clients with the process of preparing their home for sale.   These major life transitions can be a time to celebrate, but they can also be challenging and heartbreaking.  My job, as a warm and compassionate Realtor is to take the stress and worry off your shoulders.

• Schedule a pre-inspection so there are no unnecessary surprises that might delay closing
• Work with vendors and contractors to make any necessary repairs
• Clear out and clean the home to ensure the best possible offers
• Hire a professional photographer and videographer
• Place the home in the Multiple Listing Service
• Implement Marketing Strategy for optimal Syndication and Exposure
• Oversee the entire process from negotiation to contract to closing

I am so passionate about helping seniors and their families, that I often go above and beyond to help with things like:

• Researching, scheduling appointments, interviewing, and choosing the assisted living facility that best meets their needs
• Arrange and/or provide transportation to and from attorney's offices, doctors, and even airports if needed
• As a Notary Public, I can assist with notorizing necessary documents

Very often, the challenges are in the details... and that's where I truly look out for my customers.  It's so much more than just the sale of a home.  It's thinking about the medication, pets, clothing, packing, managing and maintaining the home until the sale is final.  I treat my customers as I would want my own family to be treated.  THAT is what sets me apart.
