Meet Business Brokerage

Ken Swan joined Wagner Realty from Coldwell Banker Commercial Realtors in Houston, Texas.

A former resident of Bradenton from 1995 to 2000, Ken was a career banker having assisted numerous individuals and companies in financing warehouses, medical office facilities and special purpose properties.  Ken is now directing his efforts in representing buyers and sellers in pursuit of their real estate investment goals and tenants and landlords in leasing space. Ken is responsible for the business brokerage group within Wagner Realty.  

Ken is a resident expert in the utilization of Small Business Administration (SBA) financing to purchase existing commercial properties for owner occupied use along with ground up construction for tenants who have outgrown their space who now want to own their own facility.  He is also an expert in using the aforementioned SBA program to finance business acquisitions.

A native Floridian, Ken is a graduate of Saint Leo University where he majored in Economics and Business Administration. Besides being an active broker in Florida since 2000, he also holds a real estate broker’s license in Texas.

Ken is a former president and active member of the Lakewood Ranch Kiwanis Club.
