A very intelligent young lady. Knows the realtor business very well. Has patience and concern for her customers. I would keep her – she is great. Arleen P. Christianson

Joan went extra miles to help with selling and closing of our home. Anna Patacca

Super!! Joan spent time with us in 7/04, looking around (before we were sure about moving) and 3 more days later in April/May 2005, when we found the perfect house for us. We signed a contract on day 4. Pam & Dave Johnson

Joan is the best – we now recommend her to everyone. We own the UPS store at Beachway Plaza and we now pass her cards out to our customers. She made us very happy. Joan represents your company with pride & professionalism. Laura McAdams
