I have been a Realtor and now a Broker Associate for over 38 years, so the question is not if I can successfully sell your home or find you a home …that I can do! The question is…

WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE DO YOU WANT TO HAVE? After all, this is one of the biggest decisions of your life and you want it to be a beautiful and joyous occasion. While it is a big deal, it doesn’t have to be stressful. Stress is usually created for two reasons…you don’t have trust in your Realtor or you don’t have trust in yourself. Being a mindful agent has shown me how to create partnerships between client and Realtor that empowers you and ensures that there will always be mutual trust, mutual respect and mutual understanding through open communication and professional guidance with the focus being a smooth, enjoyable occasion… as it should be. In today’s real estate market things are getting more complicated with all of the different moving parts and the ever changing technologies. Websites, apps, social media & tons of agents, along with lots of buyers and sellers competing with one another. 

For a lot of people, and indeed many Realtors, it can be difficult to differentiate between all of the noise and what is most important in each individual transaction, since each is unique and has its’ own set of strengths and challenges. The need for calm focus combined with years of experience and the ability to negotiate transactions in a mindful way is more important now than ever, as is working with a Realtor in a Judgment-Free zone to ensure open, honest communication. So working with a mindful Realtor who brings all of these strengths to the table creates a positive and dynamic partnership, giving all concerned the empowerment needed to bring about your ultimate goal.

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS? The latest scientific research has shown mindful living and meditation to be a powerful way to improve not only the way your brain functions, but has healthy benefits for your body as well. Meditation and mindful living has become a mainstream habit practiced by all types of people. From CEO’s to entrepreneurs to neurosurgeons, the benefits to personal lives and businesses are phenomenal. People like StMindful living is described by Merriam Webster as “the practice of maintaining a nonjudgemental state of heightened or complete awareness one’s thoughts, emotions or experiences on a moment-to-moment basis” Basically, mindfulness means being aware of and controlling your experience.

Starting each day in mindful meditation allows me to tune out distractions and focus on paying attention to my buyers and sellers in a centered, supportive and non-judgmental way. This also allows me to stay in the present moment, fully engaged & focused on meeting your needs.
