Meet Julie A. Evans

As a fifth generation native Floridian, born in Coral Gables – a suburb of Miami, I have had the privilege of experiencing the advantages of Florida living from East to West coast.   No one knows the different areas of Florida better than I do! Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami with a degree in Business Administration.  Later obtained the highest certificate of honor from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies.  Traveled extensively and partially fluent in French.  Licensed REALTOR for 25 years.  Consistently a top producer, specializing in waterfront and country club communities.   Having personally been involved in remodeling and building several homes, I have considerable knowledge of construction as well as an eye for interior design and exterior landscaping.  I enjoy real estate because it is people orientated and I like people!  I care not only to make the sale, but to operate with the highest ethical standards.  One of my greatest gifts is that I know how to “LISTEN” so I can effectively work for you!   A committed Christian first.
