I also specialize in finding short term rental properties and investment properties while showing the ROI on financed and cash transcations.  As a lifetime resident I am very familiar with the best areas for short term rentals properties, also I can do income projections on any property while we work through with the purchase of a vacation rental property.

I first started out in new home sales and property management, rentals properties & general real estate on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key /Sarasota listing and selling luxury waterfront homes, rental investment properties, commercial properties, hotel/motel & land and businesses. I have always been part of the Anna Maria Island, Bradenton and Sarasota area. My family moved to Bradenton when I was just 4 years old, so I have seen a lot of changes!
