Local knowledge.
Proven leadership.

Ask yourself: Who would you choose to handle your commercial, residential and real estate development needs in Bradenton?

I believe you deserve someone with a proven record of promoting positive, sustainable economic growth—and the practical experience to move complex opportunities forward.

Throughout my career, I have served as Bradenton’s Downtown Development Director, Land Development Director for the nation’s largest privately owned development company, and Planning Administrator for Manatee County Government. Those roles gave me a broad understanding of land use, planning, development, public-private collaboration and the decisions that shape our community.

Today, I put that experience to work for my clients. Whether you are buying, selling, developing or investing, I bring a local perspective, strong relationships and a solutions-focused approach to every opportunity.
