Drawn by the allure of an active lifestyle and sun-kissed beaches and fueled by a passion for the world of real estate, I ventured southward to Florida in 2020. I quickly secured my Florida real estate license and I now take every opportunity to invite my cherished friends from New York to discover the captivating charm of Florida's Gulf Coast.
