A Florida native, Barbara lived in the central part of the State where she served as an administrative assistant in the local high school for many years. She moved to Bradenton in 2001 and decided to start a new career in real estate. She was fortunate to meet and join Betty Gambrell who had started and developed New Concepts Properties into a thriving real estate company. When Bety merged with Wagner Realty some years later, Barbara moved her license to Wagner as well. As an added career development, Barbara underwent the necessary education to become an accomplished real estate paralegal and is currently a registered and active member of the Florida Bar Registered Paralegal Association. As well as actively selling real estate, she manages the real estate department of a well-established Manatee County law firm. Through her extensive knowledge of the closing process, Barbara's clients gain the unique advantage of benefitting from her expertise in all aspects of the sale and purchase of Florida real estate. She gives specialized, personal attention to each client's needs based on their particular situation. Her objective is to help each client achieve their real estate goals while enjoying the process. After all, this is what the Florida lifestyle is all about! Barbara believes that the sale or purchase of real estate should be a win/win situation for everyone involved.
